This one-day indoor clinic focuses on the technical aspects of contemporary snowsports.  Spend time learning about the biomechanics and basic physics of snowsports.  Explore the  terminology, what it means and how the concepts relate to skiers and /or riders. Learn how you can apply these technical foundations to your skiing, teaching and movement analysis.
